Abdul-Latif is a Board Director appointed by Community Health Partnerships Ltd (CHP). He has over 20 years of experience in business advisory, due diligence in acquisitions and financial management. Before joining CHP, Abul-Latif worked as a Finance Consultant over a 10-year period, advising several NHS organisations on PPP arrangements. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant and has a professional interest in corporate and commercial law. Abdul-Latif also holds a qualifying law degree LLB(Hons) and LLM in Public Procurement Law and Policy.
